Jeff Burns is the founder of Kriegerhund K9 and the experience behind its working-dog philosophy, standards and heritage.
His background spans more than three decades in counterterrorism, investigations, intelligence and high-threat protective services, complemented by more than two decades of experience with military, law-enforcement and elite personal-protection canines. That uncommon intersection of operational experience and advanced canine knowledge shaped the principles upon which Kriegerhund K9 was founded: purpose before appearance, capability before marketing, and uncompromising standards for the dogs entrusted with serious work.
As a Master Canine Trainer and Canine Behaviorist, Burns brings a career-developed perspective on canine behavior, working-dog genetics, operational capability, handler relationships and the characteristics required of exceptional working German Shepherds. His experience and philosophy continue to inform the Kriegerhund standard and the long-term vision for Haus des Kriegerhundes.
His connection to Kriegerhund remains deeply personal.
